Latest Docs Unpacked

I got a number of complaints from folks that could not download the latest documents in the zip file. So I unpacked them and converted them all to RTF format (MS Word should read them just fine) and post them here.
I'm trying this 'Document Page' for posting rather than the forum page so it will be easier to find.
As always these documents are for informational/educational/entertainment purposes only.
